Jubei chan was a greate anime but Jubei chan 2 sucked i mean wasnt this anime supposed to be an comady but it turned into frekin sob story drama about love and family and sappy flashbacks. the second series was more drama then comady

When I first saw this anime, I thought it was really good except for all those boys bothering Jiyu because of her outward appearance. It was always funny how she kept on rejecting her destiny as the new Yagyuu Jubei sama and using the Lovely Eye Patch's power.

i prefer the first series of jubei chan. the second series has a good plot but not as convincing as the first, and they exaggerated the humour aspect of the anime too far out into just weirdness. not having konosuke also killed it for me. jubei chan secret of the lovely eyepatch ftw!
