@gloup81 Huh no. He has used slow motion at places. That's all. Also, if fraps is used to record a video, it drops the framerate a lot. An HD5770 can run GTA IV easily over 45fps at high. At the graphical settings used in PS3, aka 1152x640(sub HD) and low-med settings, his system easily crosses 100 fps, that's more than 4 times the speed of PS3 that too for a poorly optimized game and such a system can be built at $500 which is half the price you mentioned.
