@envy913 The Full Range of the audible spectrum for human beings is somewhere around 20Hz-20kHz. These frequencies are well within that range. Also, even if certain frequencies are above and below that range we can still 'perceive' them. Especially those in the lower range. These are called sonic frequencies.

@roach13815 These sound frequencies are a good thing to listen to as often as you can and I would suggest you cleanse and balance your chakras as much as possible(every day) There's quite a few good ones...one is 10 minute chakra balance.
