i can do it in 2 moves

move the middle coin in the top row a little up and left

then move the third coin in the bottom row to complete the circle

You can get it only with 2 moves if you take the middle one in down row and the left one on top row and replace them. (sorry for bad english lol)

You can do it in two - the first two moves can be condensed into one by starting off with another coin.
