Trust me he is not broken. He got low health and stun. Poongko only makes him look overpowered

@shinsonic12 Seth have the lowest HP and almost the loswest stun bar in the game, and all his combo not a easy one ,taking very high rish, and can be punish very bad if you miss.

FYI CPU char in game have 130% HP buff and 130% dmg buff
