I really have noting good to say about this. Ordered 12/10, requested shipping info on 12/21 since there had been nothing but silence. On 12/22 I was told it would not arrive in time for Christmas. I requested the order be canceled (the recipients are no longer here and the moment is lost due to the inability to get the item by the promised time) and again, nothing but silence. 12/31 and I get a delivery from the USPS.
