But natural (no forced, no invasion) mix of populations in reasonnable number works. If for example a small number of europeans fall in love with no european persons and marry it won't create problems because the culture, traditions and ethnicity of the populations will be preserved (europeans will stay white, africans will stay black, arabs will stay arabs, ect) because the foreign elements are absorbed with the time.
