Hobbs was brought into questioning and so was his friend Jacoby and neither of their stories matched. Bryers's DNA was not found at the crime scene.

@hirdy6 I thought that they could have acted together as well, but I honestly think that Byers is innocent ( at least in the case of the three boys) simply for the fact that if he were guilty I dont think he would have been involved in the case as much as he has. Dental records are stored in the form of charts that show fillings and if you are fortunate, extractions. Therefore they are useful with identification of deceased. The records do not however show sizes, shapes, and other information pertaining to the arch of the mouth, things required in identification of a bite. This is why suspects can be ordered to have a mould of their teeth taken.

He also claimed several different stories, including he was with two people at the time of the murders, which those people do not attest to. He also has many gaps in the night where he does not say what happened during those times. He had a history of violence, and even shot his brother in law, and beat his wife an the kids from time to time. I doubt this kind of..

The autopsy reports tell the story better than anything. look it up. It looks like they were gang jumped & smashed over the head with rocks some where else & then dumped there. @wrathchildjoe Bryers believed that the wm3 were the killers untill 2007. In 2007 new evidence was found. Terry Hobbs and his friend David Jacoby's DNA (hair) was found at the crime scene. Hobbs was brought into questioning and so was his friend Jacoby and neither of their stories matched. Bryers's DNA was not found at the crime scene.

Paradise lost definitely had a strange twist to the editing that made these two look less than innocent. Dental records are stored in the form of charts that show fillings and if you are fortunate, extractions. Therefore they are useful with identification of deceased. The records do not however show sizes, shapes, and other information pertaining to the arch of the mouth, things required in identification of a bite. This is why suspects can be ordered to have a mould of their teeth taken.

@hollyzone He was under mind altering drugs during that polygraph test. The examiner should have never continued when he found out. Mr Byers should have to retake it with out being on any drugs. Anyone can pass it with the amount of drugs that this man had in his system. And someone mentioned that it was stated that his wife commited suicide. The truth is that the death was ruled as "Undetermined" not suicide.
