My dad and I experienced this yesterday! His mate had just picked his new toy up after 6 hours of driving, we take it out and within 10 mins its been rolled!! Dads mate will be getting new plastics for christmas! woops! :/

On soft dirt / flat land trails, it seems to me you could slide better with " straight bar tread" tires. Or better yet use flat track racing tires.

Last thing you need to do, is hook up too solid, when side drifting to cause roll over. Match your tire to the kind riding you do. Customized your suspension too.

Or slow down for the corner.

Well it has seat belts and a roll cage so people get a sense of security, as well as I imagine some people get these as there first off road vehicle. But at least they all seem like low speed rolls and I have not seen any damage really besides cosmetic to any.

Those things are great machines but i have seen them roll over alot when people try to 360's in them espically with meater after market tires..they are cool to slide sideways once in awhile and take jumps like a champ but 360's you better be ready to counter steer your ass off!! lol

I flipped a ranger once. it really hurts your waist (seatbelt). and your leg might get caught under the ranger. as for your head, it has a small chance of getting hit on the ground.

yep my boy flipped his today too. i was in the middle in the back and my roommate was in the front passenger seat. he took the full impact. the only thing that kept us inside were the four point harness. no helmet just a smashed foot and a killer headache. the ranger was fine just a jew scratches. i got some of the ride on video the sucky part was that i had put my camera away when that happen. he tried to do a donut. to much speed/to hard of a turn. no one was wearing a healmet just googles.

Ouch!!! looked like the roll cage landed on his arm, serves you right for not wearing a seat belt. Yes the RZR is narrower and will tip easier, but it is alot lighter and more powerful so you have to be careful. I've seen RZR's go threw alot more mud than any rhino or whatever piece of shit you have. If it ain't Polaris, then what the hell is it lol thats my opinion though.

2700 trouble free KM on my 700 king quad. Far from falling apart. My buddies polaris? started giving trouble at 1500 km, now has 5000 km. The frame, suspension, engine and plastic is original. The front diff (twice) the rear diff, the transmission, complete wiring harness, throttle body, all wheel bearings, universal joints, axles have been replaced under the polaris extended warranty. Not to mention the fact that he still can't wash underseat or it won't run for an hour.

they flip wayyyy to easily! put wheel spacers on them so they are as wide as a rhino and you will understand why the rhino engineers made the rhino 4.5 inches wider than the rzr. i have both of them and before i got the wheel spacers the rzr was just not fun for how fast i drive...

Ilet my buddy drive it. He had no experience on this or a quad. Took a turn to sharp and we rolled it.Didn't do much damage. Thank god for seat belts and helmets. Since then I warn everybody about taking turns too sharp.

Sorry bout the rollover, hope the driver's pride wasn't hurt too bad. I just got my rzr bout week ago, let a friend drive it that had a prowler and he turned it on its side inside of 3 minutes. Anyone with a rzr needs to purchase rzr cookies for the inside of each frt fender to keep the frame from poking thru on a rollover. I learned that after the fact.

I just got mine yesterday. I been reading your posts about these rollovers. I ask myself, what was that driver thinking? The other thing you notice is that inexperienced drivers are doing the rolling. I plan to learn the limits before I push it too hard (did 40mph in a field and 50 on my driveway-its fast)

The RZR seems real stable and it is but... it leads to over confidence very fast. I put mine on its side at about the 10 mile mark.  It was only scratched a bit. First and only time. I have over 500 miles on it now.
