Yeah that may be a problem. Prolong use of the Wii-mote will be pretty painful for your wrists. I'm sort of worried about lawsuits, but hopefully, the game you're playing will give you the option to either use the wii-mote or the GC controller. The wii does support up to 4 GameCube controllers by the way.

It's just standard procedure, even your mobile phone can figure out the time by itself from the network provider but it still asks in case theirs a problem with your provider or whatnot. And obviously not everyone will have wifi though even if they do, it's not exactly the most user-friendly thing in the world.
