FYI, both Kevin and Sylvain are Québécois. Kevin is from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu(about 25 minutes from the U.S. border) and Sylvain is from Varennes(just northeast of Montréal).

Quebec is the province with the most french speaker but its not the only province with french. There's french in Ontario(mostly the northeastern part) Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, B.C, New Brunswick, etc etc.

@MBWrestler87 It's just a bit different for Canadians. Steen is from Quebec, which by provincial law has been French-speaking since about the 1700s. The other provinces have English as their official language. But as far as that part of Canada, it's not a new thing, it's always been required.

okay here's the odd part. Steen speaks French Canadian. Sylvan is FRENCH. ie Grenier wouldn't understand Steen, but Steen would understand Grenier. For the same reason Cortez wouldn't understand Pablo Sanchez, but Pablo would understand Cortez. It's kinda hard to explain but there is a huge difference between French and French Canadian. Verbs are conjegated differently for example. Anyway. Just adding background.

For those who had difficulties to understand this video, even those who know the French language, just know there was lots of, say, "Quebec-isms" (or Quebec slang, if you will). That's why it's hard at times to clearly understand what he says.
