  • how the hell did you mount those PC heatsinks anyway? custom fixings? really need help on that one because I want to put PC heatsinks on to a 360 that I have spare. I have heard a certain intel socket is a matching fit to the 360's x plates

  • @kennydude19 i used the orignal x clamps to fix the heatsinks :) with some bolts and nuts :)

  • hey ive just started a similar project, kinda i wish i hadnt lol. Using a mac G4 case i want to do almost exactly what uve done . PLEEEase can you tell me how to connect the PC psu and how to extend the on button to the front of the case. AWsome mod ;D

  • I dont think they will ban you, wouldnt be very logical since you fixed their mistakes on the cooling lol

  • Nice! :D

  • noce work :))

  • wow. ur a boss. u shud make a "how to" vid with all you awesomeness for the custom on/off/eject switches :)

what n where to solder n whatnot. lol.

  • how did you make the custom buttons for it?

    solder?

  • @NotJoooe just de-solderd the switches off the xbox motherboard.extended with cable to buttons on the case :)

  • that ish cray!!

  • wow. this is like........ amazing! haha. where did u get the pc case from?

  • Your readings are way off 210 C is way too hot, my pc runs gta iv maxed at 50-70 C 210 would fry your system. Nice setup though.

  • @WeKilledYourTime If you look really closely, it actually says 21.0°C. Not 210°C.

  • @BboyBio16 thank you lol what he said was so stupid i didnt bother to reply lol but you did for me haha :) i would never say 210c ever lol you are correct its 21c :)

  • This is pretty sweet man, great work.

  • The pc case is on the side do he can fit every thing in

  • Thats fucking boss.

  • Since this is a pure HARDWARE mod, do people really get banned for doing it? In that case, a middle finger to Microsoft for making a shitty console.

  • u could have just put a water cooling system.. its simpler

  • how did you mount the cpu cooler with x clamp?

  • lmfao the xbox 360 can handle cpu coolers that big? l0l most pc motherboards cant

  • @CHRIS112290 yes they can..

  • Huh. Might have some MINOR cooling fan problems. But hey, that's a cool build Good job!!!

  • bad ass do you have it hooked up to a computer power supply yet

  • I have trouble fitting new batteries in things this is way way way above my head but cool case lol

  • Wow dude. That's really nice work. I bet it's complicated with all dat wiring and stuff.

  • what heat sinks did you use?

  • ps dats a big asz fan

  • where can i find that pc case?

  • Cool, See I wouldnt have thought of that, lol. have you thought about modding a 360 slim?

  • looks really good, I didnt know microsoft would ban you for just changeing the case, as your not really MODDING the hardware (apart from cooling).

Also it looks like you hot clued the MB mounts how comes you didnt drill them? or am I just seeing things? lol

  • @jimmypop1222 they are drilled in. i just add some blue round them for extra strength. they do work free over time :)

  • Awesome project man, can't wait until it's compete.

  • very cool!!! never ceases to amaze me :)

  • I was going to suggest installing an internal psu, but it looks like you had that in mind already. Can't wait to see the finished product.

  • This is BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WoW! Thats cool. But how do you know when you get RROD.

  • @Astrais i will be adding the 4 segments that light up round the power button soon. im thinking i will drill a ring of small holes roudn the power button :)

  • @petegrimsby nice.
