i also agree with u... Mostly how u said wilks didnt look the same, the same can be said about Swick. the minute the fight started i knew mike swick lost but i thought he was gonna get knocked out. Remember he did come off a concussion if he was turly 100% bye dan hardy. Vera yes should have won judges are dumb. umm... i could care less about kang or bisping they are both gonna rise then fall easily. i did want kang to win. And yes Andre wont make it far either lol with his cocky ass.

I agree, Swick didn't look right either but he looked right during the prefight conference. Those guys get a lot of injuries & have a lot of problems outside the cage that they carry in there.

I was impressed w/ Bisping throughout da whole fight. Kang, Swick and Vera just disappointed a lot of ppl w/ there performances. I know Vera hurt Randy a few times but Randy just dominated him most of da fight

With Hendo, Bisping sort of ask for it with he behavior out of the ring. On the Wanderlei fight there was bad blood & all which makes it more understandable. In both of those cases it may have not been obvious they were knocked out & they were closer to the action & the heat of the moment.

Andre Winner clearly knocked him out & was emotionally miles away from the actions after the knock out. It was like beating a punching bag.

@cjslanger I have been saying that exact same thing sice I started watching mma. I dont understand the love for randy couture. He was 16-10 going into tonight, he loses everytime he fights a good fighter and hes boring as shit. Im always told about how hes a legand and he beat ladell and tito ortiz back in the day. Well Im not that impressed them either. Ladell has lost 3 of the 4 fights I seen him in and ko's in 2 of them badly. If a boxer was 16-10 he would be fighting & boys and girls clubs

randy is not a boring fighter. his last fight was one of the best of the year vs Nog. Randy just is too "smart" when it comes to a game plan. He even said in the post fighter interview that he knew he had to control the pace of the fight but its wasnt great to watch.

@think4urself GSP wont kill Hardy .Hardy will likely lose but has a some chance of winning on strikes. He is no where near the level of GSP in wrestling but has good Ju jitsu.

The bookies odds will be about 5 or 6-1. I'd put the real odds at about 3-1 against a Hardy upset. Worth a bet.I agree with Billy that he should have one more fight before GSP but maybe GSP will under-estimate him as every other does before each of his fights.

Hardy's biggest asset is that he is always under-rated.

I wanna throw out there as a future fight, Vitor Belfort (@lhw) vs Lyoto Machida (or shogun) for the title. Vitor had trouble cuttin down to 185so if he doesn't end up fightin Anderson next he should move up. If he got insanely jacked like he used2be, he would be an unstoppable murderer that not even Shogun could handle bcuz Vitor's alot faster &accurate. Machida would even have alotta trouble w/Vitor but def less bcuz Machida's a great counter puncher. BUT so's Vitor nowadays WHAT DO YOU THINK?

as far as Randy making a run at Machida's title, Dana White better not rush that or I'm gana be pissed bcuz Randy's a legend but nobody wants to see him get hurt & if they rush him in2it he may. BillyDKY you have a good comparison with the Machida vs Tito fight bcuz even tho Randy's far better than Tito, Machida showed then how he can tear apart even a great wrestler but Randy would do better I think but I think he has to make it thru @least another 2 or 3 fights before he fights Machida

I agree man. I'm worried that GSP will literally kill Dan Hardy & I hope he doesn't bcuz that wouldn't be good for the sport but I do hope he gets seriously hurt. i think that first punch Swick got really hurt him.. i also think Kang got hurt as well. Hardy is good but he only has had like 4 fights in the ufc.. Dana White knows that fighters from England are cash cows so maybe thats why he is moving up so quick.

yeah overall not a great weekend 4me man. not only did Mike Swick lose his title shot, but I was looking forward to watchin my team the NE Patriots play our rivals, the Colts. We had control of the colts for the entire game& WERE lookin great, Brady's the best. it was 34-21. then in the last 2 or 3 min we gave up 2 touchdowns, didn't answer back @all & we lost 35-34!! it was almost as terrible as when we got beat by the giants in the 07 superbowl. I hate it wen the patriots lose!! BAD WEEKEND

great night of fights. not alot of big names..but alot of the young new guys made some noise. Randy didnt "beat up Vera" but he taught him a lesson in the clinch. i like Vera alot though. Dan Hardy is good but GSP will commit homicide when they fight. Hardy vs Thialgo Sliva would be nice.
