Ah, as good as the acoustic version is, I prefer the original any day. Although I do like the design of Heatman in this video, is there any chance I could get that picture? I'd like to use it as my wallpaper, even if it is a bit off dimension-wise.
This version really lacks the emotion the original has. Heatman is supposed to be full of fiery rage. Great song, but they need to put a lot more fury behind Heatmans lines. Especially when he calls Megaman from the depths of hell.

@Wolvinof Yeah, I'm not quite sure if it even happens in the original Mega Man 2. If it does, either way it's much more obvious in unused sprites from Mega Man: The Power Battle. You can see 'em here: megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Heatman#Trivia
@ChibiTails Nah, the NES wasn't really capable of showing extra details like that, and I've never played The Power Battle, so I don't really know. If they say it's official though, then I guess it is.
@Wolvinof Actually... Wood Man was a pretty good idea. The wood he was made of was pretty much as strong as steel, and while his parts need changed once in a while, it could be assumed that Mega Man's blaster is designed to damage metal, not organic wood. As for Toad Man, it was actually Doctor Cossack that designed and built him. He was blackmailed by Wily into trying to take over the world. Toad Man was actually meant for studying nature.
@ChibiTails Well, I suppose wood resisting the Mega Buster can make some sense, and I forgot Toad Man was one of Cossack's bots. But yeah, Bubble Man pretty much got the short end of the useful weapons stick. Then again, Bubble Lead IS the best weapon against Alien Wily.
Anyway, even though he doesn't always make his own troops, Wily does keep making the same mistake of getting robots that can actually hurt one another. You'd think he'd learn by now, and just build Deadly Spike Man... :/

@KvotheSabida Matter of opinion to me. While this is great, I think the normal version gives Heatman more rage and anger than the Acoustic version. Same with Airman's. Now Quick and the Blue is great as Acoustic and in my opinion beats out the normal version.
@MerlinCross13 You're right on that, but acoustics aren't exactly known for their rage and anger. Although I have to agree 100% on Quick and the Blue being a great acoustic and beating the original. To me, it just sounds like the type of music you'd have at a big dramatic showdown between two rival forces.
The acoustics just feel like they have more emotion behind them, and you can better grasp the emotions and the personalities of the robot masters that they're about.. I like all of them, they're awesome.
