I wish I could do some of these lifts the hardest we have done on my team has been a backflip lift :/
But we can't do crazy things like olympians can.

Figures, I like the flippy ones the most, what with me being a gymnast and all. I've always wanted to try this sport...it looks very tricky.

I think ppl need to start giving these girls some more credit! Many just assume its girls prancing around in sparkly costumes but it is extremely difficult and if u are still not convinced..... try it yourself!!
