Have You Ever Noticed Goku has never beat Vegeta? in The First Battle Gohan Fell on him as a Great Ape and When Vegeta was Majin he Beat Goku the only Time Goku won was when Vegeta was taken over by Baby so It doesn't really Count

Majin Vegeta didn't beat Goku. Goku had SSj3 and didn't use it, and the fight was called to a draw when Vegeta sneak attacked Goku.

If you claim a win is a win so the ends justify the means you are not a real fan. Goku and Vegeta are warriors and I can assure you Vegeta was not satisfied with that as a win over Goku.
