Everyone is having a heart attack about maximus's play style but actually he is pretty good. It's hard to play well when you are on the spot like this. He made errors but he was also obviously very distracted. Besides, he is aware of all of the small mistakes he made in game. It's just that if you don't practice for three to four hours everyday, those mistakes are really hard to correct.

When i was in silver i watched some platinum games and was like "I'm just as good as that." Now that i'm in platinum, if i go back and watch a silver replay of myself i just laugh at how horrible i truly was.

No matter how fast you are with the mouse, you can position your fingers for the hotkeys you need in advance, you can't position your mouse in advance. You can also click the control group tabs, so having control groups is still good even if you refuse to use the keyboard.
@DreadRaptor85 I primarily play zerg, and I really like that Idea, I feel like the scale of both should be changed reguardless, the hydras don't give you enough for your money and roaches feel pretty cheap. If they switched the tech they would just need to reduce the hydras dmg and health by like 10 or 20 percent and increase roaches by the same. I'd like it

@arillle Oddly enough, i never get voidrays against me, Its always 4 gate,, And I am zerg aswell. Always 4 gate/marine tank push, Both zerg have an issue with. Zerg is just a imbalanced race at the moment personally.

@Vancityjustin all i know is that there are many things he could have done better and earlier. he made a 10 pylon, he could have made a cyber minutes earlier. his second stargate could have gone down at the same time as his first, and he should have anticipated his supply block when he first started making his voids, as the roaches were destroying his pylons at the zerg base. if you can't see this you're probably bronze league. i laugh at you

Question. What would happen if Roach Warren requirements swapped with Hydralisk Den?
Hydra den = hatchery tech like in SC1 and Roach Warren requires Lair tech.

@DreadRaptor85 I primarily play zerg, and I really like that Idea, I feel like the scale of both should be changed reguardless, the hydras don't give you enough for your money and roaches feel pretty cheap. If they switched the tech they would just need to reduce the hydras dmg and health by like 10 or 20 percent and increase roaches by the same. I'd like it

i think maximusblack is High Silver or Low Gold. no hotkey, mouse only. poor reaction timing, slow macro, not a lot of micro.

Always using the same strat makes rounds vs protoss pointless ( Im playing zerg )
WTS SC2, a ' strategy game ' . Half price, its yours .

@arillle Oddly enough, i never get voidrays against me, Its always 4 gate,, And I am zerg aswell. Always 4 gate/marine tank push, Both zerg have an issue with. Zerg is just a imbalanced race at the moment personally.
SC2 I enjoy alot, but i do agree, it has been a let down from what we thought it would be

@MadBloodKing I subscribed to this channel yesterday after watching when a cheese fails 101 video .
I'm already subscribed to HD and I enjoy it, but you cant have this kind of match in SC2 .
Do you often see these elite players going for 8 minutes voidray/banshee . Strangely not .
But if you play normally, this is what you'll get : from protoss, 95% chance of voidray and from terran : 60% chance of banshee .
Here is my stats for this so called ' strategy game ' .

@arillle I haven't seen void ray masses in ages (at least not in 1v1), and banshees are super easy to counter. And yes, I am a low level (silver) player, where you are most likely to see this kind of stuff.

3-Just keep scouting, as long as you rack up the easy wins you'll start playing with people who will take the game more seriously.
4-Still in bronze here due to noobness but I have plenty of fun as a zerg, besides, unlike my WoW, I'm not obligated to myself to fully experience the game, my 60 bucks have been invested and I never have to pay more.

@arillle Hahaha, oh wow. You should have played SC1 before 1.08. Nothing in SC2 comes close to the original zergling rush. If cheese ruled then the pros would all be cheesing. Stop blaming your losses on the game and learn to play better.

@Vancityjustin all i know is that there are many things he could have done better and earlier. he made a 10 pylon, he could have made a cyber minutes earlier. his second stargate could have gone down at the same time as his first, and he should have anticipated his supply block when he first started making his voids, as the roaches were destroying his pylons at the zerg base. if you can't see this you're probably bronze league. i laugh at you

@mrtretre100 I actually did see all of this the point is if your not ranked hjigher you can't say hes bad, also picking out all of this stuff while playing is a lot harder to do then while watching. No one ever plays a perfect game, dosen't make him terrible.
