Google did very smart move... it's probably the financial crisis, they need more funds :)

Since online gaming is totally legalized and regulated I think this move should have come a lot earlier, never the less they open the bidding only to actual UK Based companies, so there's still long way to go.

Good for Google now they have their little monopoly supporting club, the lawyer in another video was talking just about that.
