If you want to get them as a girlfriend without collecting the oysters, you will have to get these requirements or getting max of sex appeal.

The Girlfriends Michelle, Barbara, Katie and Helena, can be gotten again. Millie and Denise can´t be. You find Denise in mission Burning Desire and Millie you find her on Key to Her Heart.

It´s easy to get if you collect 50 Oysters, because it has some requirements to do without Oysters:

Helena wants 10% muscle and fat and then she wants 70% of sex appeal.

Michelle wants 50% fat.

Katie wants 70% muscle.

Barbara wants 50% fat.

That's Health at 150%. To achieve that, the Health Stat needs to be maxed out; that can be done by doing the Paramedic missions, which is what I did in this video.
