I don't see anything wrong with the coaches helping a bit. None of us who have our site could do the same thing with a blindfold on anytime soon, verbal help or not. I'm impressed.

The ball Is full of metal bearing so they can hear the ball.
teamates shout to tell positions.
and the coachs shout when to shoott
the floor is concrete and yes they do run into each other

Yes they normally are blind! They train LOTS to be that good. What you don't get to "hear" in the video is the sideline coaches "helping" them with verbal instructions, either way I think it is fantastic that such events are held for these people.
