You see.. It's better to learn everything by yourself so you have you unique style. But when you learn from someone's video that means that you just take his style and that's not cool, I guess. So, just keep on practising, my friend!

Beautiful edit my friend! Love the freerunning moves! Just wondering if you'd be so kind to tell me how to get those quick "red and orange flashes"? An example is at 0:11 when you jump into a handstand. Is that a stock effect with sony vegas or something?

@BennyPARKOUR Try to find and download them through Internet.

Also, you can make a picture of the flashes in PhotoShop by yourself and move it in different directions in the software you use.
