Honestly, I believe she has the toughest team of all the champions. Her pokemon are all so powerful, and she even has one of the only 2 pokemon in the game that has no weakness.

Milotic is a tank, Togekiss is a solid pokemon that can learn a few different types of moves, Garchomp is an absolute powerhouse, Lucario is another interesting type pokemon that really only has 2 weaknesses iirc. Roserea doesn't seem to be too much of a problem though, probably the only thing thats a pushover.

@Keep701 i admit she is a pretty tough chick but...in diamond my empoleon takes her spiritomb out in 2 hits, roserade one hits gastrodon, rapidash one hits lucario, luxray one hits milotic or roserade 2 hits milotic, staraptor one hits roserade and rapidash one hits roserade, and empoleon one hits garchomp but garchomp is faster so he hits me a little hard there >.>

Just give your pokemon items that boost their attacks, like a Fighting Plate or a Rose Incense. If you don't want to train very high, you can use them and you'll beat the Elite Four with ease.
