@lukasdc1997 I asked a tech that worked for Unisys that was sent to replace the blu ray drive on my M15x I asked him about upgrading the processor he said its possible and video card we should be able to update the GPU to the GTX460 from the GTX 260. i managed to get the tech information for the M15x. its in the form of an offline file. heres the link......tell me when you want to DL so i can seed.

there is a way to assign the keys so you dont have to use the 2nd numpad if it isnt available to you, so you can play gmod on the m15x and use gmod tools, i personaly dont know how to assign the keys but i know people who have. so you dont have to spend an extra $400 to play gmod.

Cost asside, which do you reccomend? Is the M17x the best way to go, or does the extra portability and reduced weight of the M15x give it a leg up? I'm having a hell of a time choosing. I can't see 2 more inches of screen space and a full number pad as being worth the cost, especially if it's going to add 4 or 5 lbs, a higher body, and occupy all of my lap.

@Arztek adding 2" and a numpad is deff not the only thing, better parts, better design, and more lighting. If you havent already bought one, DONT. get a MSi laptop, there cheaper and have the same performance, alienware is mostly looks. the MSi is strictly cooling, sound, and performance. Also, you could build your own desktop, get experience, cheaper, and better BETTER performance.
