I was star struck because I got to meet Adam Ant, Toyah and...........wait for it........the one and only........TIGHT FIT! Man - I was really mingling with the stars!

Of course it's innappropriate and we know this all to well now. But this was a different time and most of people who watched and participated in minipops would have just seen it as innocent fun. Adults who sexually predate on minors have always been around and probably didn't need mini pops to encourage their behaviour .Just as children have always and will always been vulnerable because of their precocity. lets just be thankful that we know a bit more about how to protect children now

Parents who push their little kids into beauty paegants have more cause to worry than a show like this...this was just a bunch of happy young children singing and dancing...i dont see what the cause for so much upheaval..the kids in this show have all grown up now and none of them seem remotely scarred from it..isnt it ironical though that children from the disney show seem to be more messed up britney spears fir instance..i mean it was so innocent...so lets not judge here

Also the main thing this seems to be about, it wouldn't matter how they're dressed. If seeing little kids makes someone moist a wardrobe change isn't going to matter. If your girl was 6 and wanted to take ballet would you say no? a tutu is worse than how they're dressed. How about child beauty pageants, there a just cause for concern.

There is nothing remotely innocent about babys dressing as 40 year old prostitutes. Incidentally the didnt interview all of the Mini-pops. They onlu interviewed those who were proud of it. The ones who regret it hide away.
