I enjoyed your portrait, when I started to portray (when I was 14), I also used a lot of grids, then, after drawing a lot, they weren't necessary any more, grids are the appropriate way to start for drawing :-)

I agree with Lala2jack, Bella does look a tad like Esme, if you made her lips less fuller, it would of been spot on. Other then that, this is amazing!
