Son, thats one of the best banjos I've ever heard! Whats the brand/model is it?

And as far as the lesson goes, this stuff isn't that complicated compared to other bluegrass banjo music. So in a way he has mastered an art few mainstream artist still use but by today's standards it was used heavily by the likes of Earl Scruggs. That art is simplicity. It sounds, perhaps, better than most anything else! If the whole lesson is like this, I highly recommend it!

That banjo is a Huber Lexington. It is one of the best banjos around. I know the guy who makes em' you couldnt find a nicer person to work with.

That is actually a Huber lancaster. It is owned by John Lawless. I was lucky enough That John let me play it. It is one of the best I have ever played. John let Ron Stewart use it on this video. John lawless is a good fellow and an awesome banjo player. By the way John owns and produces these videos made by his company Acutab.
