Didn't get sued.

It is legal in Denmark, with a few exceptions.

In the particular place we're standing, it's even clearly marked, that you may be videotaped. Because scientology have several cameras mounted there.

You can ask kindly not to be filmed, but if you walk up to talk to the person filming, you can't except them to turn off the camera.

If you are filming something unrelated to that person, then you are not accountable for anything, so as she is filming her protest, it is unrelated to that person, but she couldn't, for instance, wait outside his home and film him the moment he leaves it and enters the sidewalk and follow him around or stand outside his job and only film when he left the building
