I had lost all faith in Japanese music before i heard this. Not trying to be bigoted or anything it's just that J pop is the worst genre in the world, in my opinion.

@childtoucherable1 Ok fine. I totally buy that they're mostly gimmick and little actual content. And i can admit that had they not been japs, I would probably never have enjoyed it. To be honest, what I like most about guitar wolf is the production so I guess the biggest hero would be "Produce Wolf" for me :D At any rate, my main point is that I don't see the logic in criticizing their ability to "play for shit". Attack the bloated hype all you want, but they are not at fault for that.

I've been playing guitars for 18 years and I know it's fucking hard playing in this style as well, getting it punky and _almost_ out of sync, but keeping the drive. Go listen to your damn Dream Theater if you want music focusing on technique but completely lacks soul. Or even better, tell me what bands in the genre do you feel are not "crap" and who can "play for shit"?
