nice stuff man. but on the constructive side, just try to ensure your shins are vertical, this way the bar can move straight up and you don't loose force moving the bar out.
Good job Sir! You can do more weight than that if you drive harder with your legs when opening up your hips.

if you bend your arms to soon you lose your power. Think of steel ropes all the way through your pull. Nicely done keep at it.
