  • What about the opposite and you want you build muscle that you,for whatever reason, don't have? What do you recommend to make the butt muscle grow?

  • lol...That's quite convincing. Alright. I'm a pear shape...really a pear shape, big butt and big legs, and I want to be able to do quality pull-ups. At least 5. I've been losing weight. I've lost 75lb. Now I weight 205lb, 5'3. No worries about my diet, I know all that shh. And I will keep going. I'm diabetic type 1 and I have basedow desease. I've been working a lot in all areas, especially on my legs, but I rather not lack my legs while working on my upperbody. Is there a way? Thanks.

  • @SoulofPhoenix For pull ups its a function of strength and body weight. As you reduce bodyweight it'll become a lot easier. Around 140 pounds is manageable to do. You'll definitely get there!

    I knew it’s possible! Thanks for the reply! Lol Around me it’s so silent and discouraging! No problem! Even if you didn’t exist, I would keep going! lol …..that didn’t come right….Lol And dammit! I thought around 160 it would be possible. As long as I work hard, right? Don't worry, 140 is also want I want, 120lb too thin for me. And yes, I also would like a video about different body type! It would be interesting coming from you lol. Keep going on being realistic!!

  • @CoolioCousinsRFly Oh yeah! I also run the straights and walk the curves at the track 8 times a day. And I've been on the low carb diet. But I'm tired of that diet. But I need something really easy to follow please help!

  • I'm 5' 6" and I'm 140 pounds. I don't want to lose weight. I just want to tone up. I've always been skinny. And now I finally have curves after 4 kids. And I'm 36 yrs. old. But I don't have a lot of time to work out. What can I do.

  • hi! i really want to work on my glutes since mine are kind of small. ive watched several of your videos that included squats and lunges and all of that... but lets say i want to emphasize the glute minimus? any other exercise i can do?? thanks for your help

  • what the-- too MUCH muscle? no sir. in general we have to work so much harder to make any sort of progress, i would never want to give up any gains, even if it made me look like helga the viking for a few months. ok, problem area? i hate the term but it is undeniable: MUFFIN TOP. a very real threat. what is the antidote?

  • I really like using the free 'Nike Training Club' app. It has workout options for getting lean, getting toned and getting strong. Do you recommend we use more weights in the getting strong option for fat loss in the butt and thighs?

    I don't know many women that have too much muscle without doing it deliberately.
