A lot of this has to do with how we have changed legal dump sites. Years ago, much of this garbage would more than likely have been taken to a regular dump. That is not an excuse, but I do believe it is a main reason. I think that we need to make it less expensive for people to take their garbage to a legal dump. Then maybe some of this "trash" would not be going on.

I respect that dumping is wrong and I wouldn't want that happening, but more than a few Wardens I've come across with aren't doing their jobs right, no different from bad cops. Still very racist and always harassing the innocents.
