I have sold approx. 300 items on Ebay; most were good experiences. One bad one involves a woman who bought a brand new DVD, factory sealed from me. I received an angry email after I mailed it saying the DVD was bootleg, she was going to report me to Ebay and the FBI !! I bought the DVD from a Pathmark Supermarket store to re-sell. I decided just to get rid of this crazy person-I apologized and sent a refund. After checking her feedback I could see she was a scam artist.

well now I have learned something as a buyer now i know not to pay too clase attention to the ratings as they can be at times unfair. with in reason of course. if its 80% then i would not buy . wow i never giver my seller a hard time ever. Thanks Smiley

Yikes! I've had some pretty bad buyers on Ebay myself. If you sell much there, it's bound to happen.

From now on when sometime sends you a question through the Ebay messaging system you might want to check the little box that says your email address won't be given to the question asker.

Personally my book sales have fallen off a cliff here lately. Maybe everyone is starting to do the ebook thing.

I had a buyer who claimed I misrepresented an item, which I didn't, but refused to send back for a refund and then gave me negative feedback. Agree - avoid the assholes.
