This IS the Autobahn movement, but I doubt that you'll be able to do it fast, because you're doing the doubleclicks with your thumb in Hamstermode, and in order to do them fast, you need to do the doubleclicks with 2 Fingers... I'm not trying to criticize, just stating facts
Got them all now including the slow one. Thanks, its impossible to learn it off the scratchlopedia!Just tearing my hair out trying to get the boomerang scratch now, lol.
Firstly there's 2 different autobahns rafik does on qbert's dvd. The pattern he does slowly is different to the one he does fast, this video demonstrates the one he does fast and some variations of it.
Search youtube for "Rafik does the autobahn" (not the version for q's dvd) and you will see what he does is the same a what I do in the vid when walking the record forward twice.
also read the accompanying article, it's all explained there.
I saw your vids the other day, good stuff! I still can't get that twiddle bahn down though, need to go and get some more practice in...I just can control my twiddle enough to get the clics in the right place :-(
Hey man think of it as a baby scratch into an orbit, but then you do the second baby scratch in the middle of the sample into a full orbit. Just remember to only twiddle during the long open parts of the sound, and keep your fader open during the babys.
Hope that makes sense. I've been working on the fast version of rafik's autobahn with the twiddle and it's pretty tough. It's like twiddling a delayed two click flare.

Rafik does it like this and so does qbert.
There are different ways of doing this skratch. But its still called the "autobahn"
Qbert does them 1 forward 2back at the start.. But its still an autobahn..
