I have the Snap through Sprint and the whole middle section is different. What happened to the trackball? That was a neat feature and one of the reasons I downgraded from my Diamond. Why the change is the the middle features of the phone???

the upside down video is youtube/google's april fools prank, calm down. if you read the site on the right of the video(on top of the more info box) there is links that arent normally there, click the top link to read about this, or the lower link to set the video right side up.

I like the new, simpler HTC logo thing (the ability to use the HTC picture and text logos separetely makes HTC more similar to the other major phone manufacturers), and the YouTube channel logo-type thing. The Snap is not my sort of phone - I'm a Touch/Touch Diamond sort of person - but I do know a few people who love phones like that...
