Yes. It's hard to see suffering in the world. But happiness and joy often surrounds the suffering because happiness and joy come from love. And love is found everywhere, though often just beneath the surface, it cannot be extinguished of often manifests spontaneously just as id did with you Celine. Thanks for sharing.
It's so heart felt when other people such as Celina weeps for our people specially our children. We should try to appreciate what we have back there in the Philippines and make use of it. We are far more richer than any other countries. We have the seas and rivers, hills and mountains and most of all friendly and hard working people. If we only put our minds on how to enrich all these we can make a very prosperous country. Enough of "Crab Mentalities" and the "makasarili" attitudes.
Polish are one of the kindest, hardest working people in the world! When she says she understand poor, I know exactly what she talking about, My ex is Polish and Im Filipino. Poland also has many poor people, They are very hard working people so they never starved even if they don't have a cent in their pocket. The difference in PI and Poland is that Poles people are mainly farmers while Flips are mostly city dwellers.
This lady is so NICE, I feel bad for her seeing her crying on her vacation.
Poles make up the largest demographic of the the foreign labour force in the UK. Since the recession they have been reaping the rewards of their labour; through working long hours in shitty hotels, petrol stations etc. The Polish government has regulated its banking system very well (much better than UK, which is going to the dogs)
omg you can't speak German at all :/ and you are Polish so speak Polish. Are you 1st time in Spain or what? you behave like it was something extraoridinary... you make Poles look dumm and poor :> and I am Polish

Children in those parts are happy and okay with what they have and how they live. They have simple and practical lives.
Sometimes I wish I was like them and not so in touch with material things and money just to feel a little bit of joy. Those kids are truly God's children.
It's peaceful and quiet there, nature is practically untouched by man and you could hike for miles in the forest and mountains and not meet anyone....the Trappist Monastery is worth a visit for retreats and meditation....and the "Balaang Bukid" or Holy Mountain in Guimaras is where you can hike and pray the Stations of the Cross as well, and hear mass in the chapel located on the mountain top...I'm sure the people there are happy living simple lives despite their poverty!!!!
