@General638 Get the 2670QM (lowest i7), it makes no noticable difference for the higher CPUs. 8gb of ram is enough, 16gb is useless unless you know a reason why youll use that much. I dont have Shogun sorry

I have this laptop and I want 2 overclock the gpu just a little bit but i'm scared i'll fuck up my gpu since all laptops have horrid cooling (compared 2 a desktop) do u have any problems with it overclocked? Just want 2 make sure.

@Hormidal The 2760 is faster but the 555M is not fast enough to take advantage of it. Youre much better off getting the 2630QM (or base i7; whatever its called now)

Props to you for pulling out Crysis 2 stunt on Ultra Dx11 and proved even the GT 555m is capable of running it on 720p.

yes i do have the 16:9 aspect screen ratio as well and the 1.5 gb 555m. but i can't see a difference between the optional video ram of your 3gb 555m.

@taijiman87 I believe Im using 280.26. Two things to remember. 1. Im using 1366x768 (I have the 1600x900 screen though), and this may not come to you at first, but Im guessing you only have the 1.5gb 555M... ;)

@mezzanottewin Maybe you should try updating your drivers. I uninstall mine first then do a clean install for this computer. Seems to work better with Optimus

@Gearsguy405 hit can you tell me how you are getting these kind of framerates on crysis 2 i just ran the same lvl at the same settings as you on my m14x and i got an unplayable framerate my gpu is overclocked at 750core 1500shader and 1000memory clock please reply soon thank you
