Only if a congregation lacked the holy spirit would they need you to imprint a plastic smile on their personality like a bunch of christian Ned Flanders style robots.

Please consider another field.

Wow.....if I saw a guy wearing an EvangelismCoaching shirt approach me, I'd avoid eye contact as well. Also, I guess if you actually need coaching as to how to greet someone, well, let's just say that relational warmth won't be the result.
