We adopted a female Springer from this puppy mill via ESRA, and hope to adopt one more. Based upon her fearful behaviour, ground down teeth, missing section of tongue, and two badly bent toenails, it is obvious her life was bad up till now. When we were watching these videos, she heard the sound of the dogs and got very upset. We had to turn the sound off.
We adopted Buzz, now Cooper a year ago in Mar/April from this puppy mill too. He was terrified of people reaching out to pet him when we got him. He was diagnosed with pneumonia right after we got him that was from smoke inhalation from the fire. My husband looked at the video again last night and he too had to turn off the sound because it upset Cooper. We had to give him a haircut, he had sand in his matted hair. He now takes food from your hand and goes for a run with my husband on our ATV
he is an awsome guy he is not insane how would you feel if your wife left you cut off your utilites and said you were abusing your dogs we bought a dog from him and went there to pick him up and it was clean nice perfect 4 dogs
STRICKER LAWS ARE NEEDED, TO MUCH OF THIS IN EVERY STATE.
wake up America! start checking closely on pets in yards, keep eyes open for mills, donate to organizations, WHATEVER it takes to get this under control.
The other side of this story is the hundreds of people who have rallied all over the country to bring humanity and hope to this situation - ESRA and the and Springer Rescue folks are to be commended for their unbelievable work especially in these difficult economic times. So where there is great tragedy - there is also great triumph. And now so many of these animals are in warm and loving homes, no longer hungry, and happy. Support your chosen rescue group today!
You guys have the best/worse job in the world. Guess some of you need to box, cut wood or race cars to get out some of the frustration that surely accumulates... that is if you can't manage to discreetly meet some of these *!@?#% in a dark alley! Gotta hit something...
Are you guys still doing rescues? With the economy the way it is, are you still able to do rescues?

AKC is like American Quarter Horse Association and others. Registration fees is all that matters.
