  • Singing the national anthem? Carrying "Don't Tread on Me" signs? Signs that say "freedom" and "What would Jesus do"?

Wow, they will say and do ANYTHING!!!!!

Thanks SEIU, the international socialist union organization for posting this touching nationalistic moment.

By the way, do you have any principles or is it just about looting the very corporations that you require to survive while demonizing them at the same time?

  • This is amazing! These protests have restored my faith in this country! Some people are actually paying attention!

  • Matthew 25:31-46

I don't know.. you tell me.. what would Jesus do?

These teachers have agreed to the pay cuts and increasing their share of contribution to their benefits package. They are fighting for their right to keep a collective voice.

  • So was this before or after the bong along?

  • What's up with the flag? These guys don't support American values. How is pressuring neigbors to pay for them American? This should be Venezuelan flag.

  • These are modern day slave owners. Tell me why should I work for these peoples health insurance and pensions? I don't even earn as much as them. I feel like slave.... I thought slavery is over!!!

  • @BlueSkies360 then organize and demand that your boss pays your more and gives you good benefits...

  • @ccraigd89 I am my own boss. I get fleeced through taxes to pay higer salaries, benefits and pensions. I am the slave here for these unions.

  • @BlueSkies360 explain

  • @ccraigd89 Well, the pay and the benefits are provided by me, the taxpayer. If I have to lose income (all private businesses and self-employed have now lost 10-30% in income), it is not fair to take from me the same amount in taxes (or even more, considering the deficit and stimulous money), to ask me to work more for the same salaries and pensions for public employees. It is not normal for a private sector to earn less than the public sector they are sponsoring through their work.
