The MacBook air is in a different class - the Air is a actual notebook but this one is a UMPC. Two different things.
Also the MacBook Air is monumentally expensive compared to this.

This is a 'sub-book', not a regular notebook, which is the full sized Mac air, which was only slimmed down.
