And the Wii doesn't have anything in 3d . This has nothing to do with the PSMove , this is just showing that the PSEye (which came out in 2007) can do what the Kinect (2010) is planning on doing .

Actually, MS would have had to do a recall for ALL 360's if they didn't offer to fix them for free. It would have made them lose a LOT more money.

Not only that, they would have to spend multiple years trying to bring failure rates down to 1-3% with no 360's on the market. While Nintendo and Sony would have been competing with each other.

The 360 would basically have NO CHANCE to re-enter this generation.

Well, seeing as Sony developed the motion tech in the wand about ten years ago, there's no doubt that the technology is quite reliable and accurate. Interestingly enough, Richard Marks was actually the true innovator of motion detection gaming, the Wii was originally going to have something similar to the PS3 Wand, but strangely changed it to the less accurate IR led and camera in remote set up. Natal just plain uses all the tech Sony innovated with Richard Marks.

Low light has always been the main enemy of these camera apps. Thats why I have a lot of faith in the new motion controller sony is working on.
