@viprtl15 nope... try to cut it to the A4 measures... other proportions will cause it to not close entirely... believe me... I did this on a Letter size... wasted like 15 mins of my life xD

I just finished my heart box base.But first i screwed up a sheet of paperbecause it wasn't the same size jo is using in the video. For those like me that doesn't have a clue of what a A4 sheet is you can use a regularsheet for thisorigami: just search in google for 210x297 and copyone of the images with this size in word.Then adjust the size of the image typing in the square of the lenght orwidth the lenght or width of thesheet you haveand the image will automatically change to a equivalent size

For US measurements you can use regular copy paper. (11 x 8.5) but you have to trim the 8.5 side down to 7 and 9/16. If you don't know what that is...it's the next line past the 1/2. The heart you make should fit in the palm of your hand. I just did this tutorial in 20 min. Enjoy.

For people that don't have A4 paper, here's what I did. I took large paper (Dunno the actual name but it's bigger then letter size), a ruler, a pencil, and made my own paper. There you go, for people who don't want to go to Brazil, or buy it in 20lb cases.

I encountered the same problem when I was folding the pentagon gift box :( I think it doesn't work because it has something to do with a bigger piece of paper having different measurements and those measurements aren't equivalent to the ones in A4. Whole lotta math included in this =.=

For people without A4 paper you can use a standard US sheet (216mm x 279mm) and just cut one side to make it 197 mm x 279 mm and it works perfectly.
