Please someone Enlighten me. IOSYS Songs are being removed from YouTube for Violation of Terms of use however last time I Checked IOSYS wasn't signed to a label and releases their music Free over the internet. So unless I'm mistaken, Why the hell are these Videos being removed?!

Well Since IOSYS's Videos are Free Distribution they can then be uploaded anywhere that allows video uploading or sharing. The videos are not any websites own videos except IOSYS themselves. with that in mind, Youtube wouldn't remove them simply because they are hosted elsewhere. If that where the case Youtube would have almost no videos at all.

I've seen the removal thing with only one IOSYS music vid and several non-Touhou vids that were free distribution. My theory is that a bunch of anti-japanese people decided they were "anime content" and should be removed because they are "breaking copyright". Their way of removing content from youtube that they don't want so they can have only "Real American" stuff online.

I normally wouldn't assume this, but I have seen some of them leave such negative comments before.

The problem is, and they stated this in "Animation magazine" (yes, such a thing exists) -- anime companies are losing LOTS of money right now because people are downloading anime and/or watching it on Youtube without anyone paying for it. If they can't get the money from selling the anime, then they can't make any more anime because they don't have the money to pay the animators, scriptors, etc.

I mostly watch my anime on tv, cause I can't stand the bad quality it usually turns into on youtube.

The only anime's I havn't seen on Tv would be Azumanga Daioh and Eureka Seven.

Both on DVD, and I saw 3 or 4 episodes of Eureka seven before I got the DVD series (though I'm still missing 11 and 12).

One piece only has 104 episodes in the United states, due to how craptacular of a job 4kids always do.

Course, that doesn't really help you. I never really bought any dvd's of anime's that went over 70 episodes, mostly because there wasn't any anime's I liked that went that long.

Course, if sgt. frog is a success in the U.S.A., that might change...

...None the less, I can't say I sympathize with those problems, but I can acknowledge that they exist...

Well I usualy like long anime, which means they usually don't stop in the middle of the story, like soul eater is gonna do, but anime like toradora are haster than the manga an those small anime are good to see. In the buying DVDs matter I don't live in the U.S or U.K. which usually have better products, I'm from portugal, and you don't see many merchandise here so I think for us it's the only way to go. and yeah 4kids sucks

Anime's first episode was October 2nd, 2008.

The the first volume of the light novel was released on March 10th 2006. It just ended on 2009, on the same day.

Translation on the novels was first started on April 16, 2008.
