If they are reptilians and are terraforming the planet, wouldn't they want to make the planet warmer instead of colder, since reptilians are cold-blooded? Lizards, crocs, alligators, etc. have to lay out in the sun in order to warm up, so a cold planet would actually kill off the reptiles, IMO, as they have no way to keep warm without freezing.

It is bad here. This summer it either rained and stormed so bad trees flew into my roof and smashed it, or the sky looked black and soupy without the smell of rain. One month we only got 2 days of sun and it rained the rest which is not normal for the dog days of summer. They plan on living while we die. There is a solar flare situation croping up as well. At 7:08, this type of cloud is built to obscure view, when you see it, look for what it will be hiding. On several occasions I have been able to photograph anomalies within this type of cloud and occasionally the anomalies are not quite covered by it.
