  • does the left over go bad after a few days?

  • @xOiLuVsCoOkIesOx I haven't experienced it going bad. It dries out, so I add a bit of water.

  • i just take a little tea tree oil and put it under my arms. it works very well alone.

  • @nanidiamond that fact is that your supposed to sweat. I sweat ALOT so i know it gets embarrassing sometimes but anything u do to stop your sweating is actually hurting rather than helping u. If im wearing a shirt where u can tell i just put on a shirt underneath. hope that eased your mind some.

  • Oh my goodness! The scraping of that spoon is maddening! I really wanted to see this video, but my goodness! My ears!

  • @LatashaTrueHeart Oops, it sort of bothered me when I was taping too but I didn't realize. You're the second person to comment about the scrapping.

  • @LatashaTrueHeart try muting the volume.

  • @ideolojay LOL Of course I do! Can I impose on you to re-edit with a voice over? I would like to hear the instructions along with the visual.

  • @LatashaTrueHeart Ooops... forgot who I was talking to. You're not MCM. But I do like watching her vids. I have the sensibility to do what you suggested. Thanks for chiming, dove.

  • im glad i subscribed

  • @nanidiamond Cornstarch helps to keep me dry.

  • When u sweat do u smell an odor?

  • @mad4u19 Not anymore, and I sweat profusely. During my 1st week using it. I had to reapply during the day. Now, I just apply once in the morning, and I'm good.

  • I make this also but I use Coconut Oil instead of water and Essential Oil tee tree oil etc. works great.

  • I love diy recipes!

  • Thanks for the visual demo.

My mix - cornstarch, BS, tea tree oil, lavender EO, and melted cocoa butter. Blend it all together while the cocoa butter is stil liquid and let set. You can pour it in an empty, clean deodorant container or a bowl. For me it's less messy to apply. Don't go overboard on the BS, it's abrasive and can rub you raw.

  • @nerdynap This sounds like solid recipe (pun intended). Perhaps I'll try to mix w/ my Shea butter.

  • I just went out and bought some cornstarch and baking soda. I'm going to add coconut oil with a little shea butter to hold everything together...maybe with some essential oils too. I hope natural deodorant works for me because aluminum deodorants scare me. >_<

  • I use cornstarch, baking soda, coconut oil and tea tree oil in mine. I stopped using store brought over 2 years ago. My underarm definitely got lighter.

  • Wow...thanks for sharing...will definitely try this.

  • Great video, its funny that you made this video at this time cause i wanted to stop using deordorant, I have stopped for like two weeks and just used oils but that isnt working as well has i would like it too! I am going to try this out! Thanks for sharing!!!!

    God Bless you!

  • Thanx for sharing this sis. I use coconut oil to combine mine;-) And I notice my underarms were lighter as well!!!

  • Wow! Thanks for sharing. Take care. :)

  • does it help with sweating too then??

  • @Sweetss30 It doesn't stop sweating. But sweating is good for us.

  • glad to see you back and doing so many vids but where is the house music? lol

  • @TheHeartfeltHoney IKR, I'll get on it!

  • Thanks for posting! Do you ever have to reapply during the day? And does it leave a residue?

  • @nogobelieve I did when I first starting using. But not anymore.

  • I've tried this, very good!! I luv baking soda for so many thing!! Great video!!
