Philadelphia 76ers. They were down near the bottom of the league, in Knicks territory, the previous 2 years but they established a nice core of players and made the playoffs last year. They got themselves out of the basement the right way, developing young players, unlike the Knicks who made retarded trades for big contract busts like Zach Randolph. With Isiah gone though, I really do wish the best for the Knicks now. The NBA needs them to be good (like the Celtics have now returned to glory).
