You know, I could've sworn it said you have to SHOOT the gang members, not simply kill them. If I had known that it wouldn't have been such a headache. The reason this video needed to exist was so someone like me could realize this. :p

i got it accidentally by when you take out guerra i just lobbed a grenade when i jumped in the water because I was DIEING! anyway just a normal grenade, a bit of luck and a lot of funnyness. I will be doing an achievement guide for it soon! just on my other account which i share with some XBL friends. look up DarkMonkeyFilms and it should come up :) i upload them all....

The Hot head I believe is from the Volk . I think I got it from that girl boss the skinny one .

it was weird how i got that achievement, there was a lot of gang members coming at me in a bunch of vehicles so i just through a cluster grenade at the ground and all the vehicles blew up

off gang members, I know that you can find the Heat Seaking one(the Firefly) off Shai-Gen gang members that are on roof tops

You can get "Hothead" from Volk members. As for the "Firefly", I dunno whether you get it from Shai-Gen or Volk. (Note)The "Hothead" is NOT a heat-seeking rocket launcher.
