Well when the water is back in the banks of course. The water has been back in the banks for about 3-4 days now. By time you guys go again it should be perfect. Then it will be time for Mullet fishin to. Hit the creek mouths, and bends and you will slay the cats. SG

Well we went back and didn't do good numbers wise...but weight wise we did great. Had a 28 lb flathead, and an 18 lb flathead.....rest were 8 and under..only about 8 or so total....we aint gain back until the gauge shows 3 to 5 ft...6 or higher is no good...

Gotcha, I'm up in Uvalda at the head waters. We have been killing em up here too from limb lines. Only problem is I have to fix the house now after 3 feet of water got in it. Good Video. SG

Yeah when we went it was out the baks...big time. The locals say they were catchin em in the woods. According to the weather website flodding is 14 ft..it was 12.5 while we were there. We are goin back in two wks....whats the optimum water level..?
