The AZ legislation follows federal law and there is NO racial profiling written into the law, which actually specifically prohibits racial profiling. If someone is stopped for some other LEGITIMATE reason...for example ran a red light, or arrested as a suspect in a liquor store robbery, etc. and the cops think they could be here illegally because they don't have a valid US ID, green card or passport., they can ASK about their immigration status...just like Mexico does.

My country is in a really bad condition. The amount of Mexicans that cross the border illegally make it blatantly evident.

The AZ legislation follows federal law and there is NO racial profiling written into the law, which actually specifically prohibits racial profiling. If someone is stopped for some other LEGITIMATE reason...for example ran a red light, or arrested as a suspect in a liquor store robbery, etc. and the cops think they could be here illegally because they don't have a valid US ID, green card or passport., they can ASK about their immigration status...just like Mexico does.

Here's how you fix this problem.
Arrest ALL illeagal's(of every nationality), & give them the option of either;
(a.)Entering into a civilian "work-release" program sponsored by the INS & State Gov. to attain citizenship by showing that they can be productive citizens or they will enter (.b).
(b.)Go to prison where they will immediately enter into a Federal "work-release" program where they work on establishing an effective border, overseen by the Bureau of Prisons, Border Patrol, & U.S.Army.

Mr. Calderon is a tremendous hypocrite because he expects the US to apply policies to illegal immigrants that his own country does not apply to immigrants entering Mexico. Mexican immigration policy and the way they treat illegal immigrants is much harsher than in the US. That is a fact, people. Check it out for yourselves.

Makes you wonder why we don't have a similar law here; that since you are a non-citizen, and most likely a non-taxpayer, you have NO RIGHT to demand anything, or interfere in our affairs. @ramartfilms The US receives more immigrants than any other 3 countries combined and that is exactly why we need much stricter border enforcement, not to keep people out, but to know who is entering and keep illegal entries to a minimum. The US goes to great lengths to accomodate immigrants as long as they do it legally.

Fortunately here we are not attacked by terrorists, students doesn't kill innocents on schools, we act like brothers durings disasters, etc, etc everyone can attack and insult mexicans but they really have family spirit, always get together. I spent some time at USA working and returned to my country, I can say that I saw the worst things there, dunno understand why usa have lot of conflicts and disordes.
