@OBAMAisHalfCaste Obama identifies himself as black, like many biracial kids who was born in his era. It was only in the 80's that the term "biracial" was even considered a cateory. You need to learn the history of race in this country. Particular the "one-drop" rule from slavery days.

Still not the same. .5s/Coloured/Mixed Race people are their own ethnicity in most of these places ESPECIALLY in Southern Africa. Not just. Also you'd have to consider their appearance as well. Obama looks more like a light skinned black man. I wouldn't have guessed that he was mixed if people didn't talk about it all the time.

@OBAMAisHalfCaste Zimbabwe has a number of Languages. Shona, Ndebele and English being the main. Murundu might be a Shona, or Kalanga word. I've never heard it used, in reference to colored people. I had a few mixed race friends in Zimbabwe, and they were treat just like any other, non-white Zimbabwean.
